For current or former clients, we don’'t disclose any non-public personal information obtained through working with us, except as required or permitted by law. Permitted disclosures may include providing information to people who work for Miles Financial Management Services, Inc., or third parties that need to know information for the purpose of providing services to you.

Protecting the Confidentiality and Security of Current and Former Client Information
We retain records relating to professional services that we provide so that we are better able to assist you with your professional needs and, in some cases, to comply with professional guidelines. In order to guard your nonpublic personal information we maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with our professional standards. Payment Policy

Miles Financial Management offers an initial consultation of 30 minutes at no charge. Additional time is billed at the corresponding hourly rate. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express, as well as cash or checks.

Retainer rates are available for monthly bookkeeping, accounting or consulting services. All payment is due at the time of service.
